We offer a free 20-minute online consultation and once we have established your needs, we will charge on the basis of the prices below.

We may agree a different charge with you depending on your instructions, if complex.  

Please note that our prices are not currently subject to VAT. 

Wills 

Will (single) - £395 *

Mirror Wills (couple) - £595 *

Will + Estate Protection Trust (single) - £995 

Mirror Wills + Estate Protection Trusts (couple) - £1,495 

* The above prices assume no complexity and we can advise if the fee is affected once we have taken your instructions and before starting work for you

Lasting Powers of Attorney(LPAs) 

Single LPA (property + financial affairs OR health + welfare)- £495  

Double LPAs (property + financial affairs AND health + welfare) - £695 

Couple LPAs (property + financial affairs OR health + welfare) - £795 

Couple LPAs (property + financial affairs AND health + welfare) - £995 

Registration at the Office of the Public Guardian (if requested) - £150 * 

*Please note that the Office of the Public Guardian will charge a registration fee of £82 per LPA 

Inheritance Tax Planning & Estate/Trust Planning

Inheritance tax and estate/trust planning is a large and sometimes complex area but we will identify the most suitable planning opportunities 

for you and then agree a fee with you before any work is started.

1-hour Online Consultation

We offer a 1-hour online consultation for £200 to discuss your circumstances and receive early-stage advice.
